The barometer-manometer-thermometer datalogger with integrated sensor is a portable instrument for measuring barometric pressure, absolute pressure, relative pressure, differential pressure and temperature, with internal data logging capability. The integrated barometric sensor measures in the range 600…1100 mbar.
Compared to the non-datalogger version, this model can store up to 36,000 samples of pressure and temperature, with configurable logging intervals via menu. It is therefore suitable when it is necessary not only to read the instantaneous value, but also to document measurement trends over time.
The instrument can be used as a portable barometer with integrated sensor and, through the PP471 module, as a manometer with external probes from the TP704 and TP705 series. This dual configuration makes it possible to cover both environmental barometric measurements and plant or system checks requiring differential, relative or absolute pressure measurements.
Temperature is measured using Pt100 or Pt1000 probes, either with SICRAM module or direct 4-wire connection, in the range -200…+650 °C. SICRAM probes store calibration data internally and are automatically recognized at startup.
The RS232C and USB 2.0 ports allow data transfer to a PC or portable printer. The USB connection on datalogger models operates as a HID device, so no dedicated USB drivers are required.
Functions available include Max, Min, Avg, REL, HOLD and PEAK when external probes are connected through the PP471 module. The IP66 protection rating completes an instrument designed for field inspections, environmental measurements and long-term data acquisition campaigns.
Applications
- Logging of barometric pressure measurements over time
- Monitoring pressure and temperature with internal memory
- Environmental checks, laboratory testing and plant inspections
- Absolute, relative and differential pressure measurements with TP704 and TP705 probes
- Data transfer to PC through RS232C or USB
- Temperature acquisition with Pt100 or Pt1000 probes
- Documentation of tests and measurement campaigns with programmable intervals
FAQ – Barometer-manometer-thermometer datalogger with integrated sensor
When should the datalogger version be selected?
It is recommended when barometric pressure, external pressure or temperature measurements must be recorded over time rather than simply displaying the instantaneous value.
How much data can the instrument store?
It can store up to 36,000 pressure and temperature samples, with logging intervals configurable from the menu.
Can data be transferred to a PC?
Yes, data can be transferred through RS232C or USB 2.0. The USB port on datalogger models operates as a HID device and does not require dedicated drivers.
What is the range of the integrated barometric sensor?
The integrated sensor measures from 600 to 1100 mbar.
Can external pressure probes be connected?
Yes, through the PP471 module it is possible to use TP704 and TP705 pressure probes for differential, relative or absolute pressure measurements.
Are the probes included with the instrument?
No, the PP471 module, pressure probes and temperature probes must be selected separately according to the required measurement range and application.
