The company employs several hundred people and has become a well-established player in the Italian plant engineering industry, with steady growth, reinforcing its market strength.
Originally founded in 1917 by Ing. Carlo Ferrari for civil heating and electrical systems, the company has transitioned over time focusing on industrial and executive-scale clients. Its clients include Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati, for whom it undertakes complex, high-tech projects.
Since 2013, it operates as a General Contractor, managing the full process for clients as one point of contact, from design and execution to final delivery and maintenance.

The Problem: Too Many Suppliers, Too Much Wasted Time
Providing a 24/7 maintenance service means supplying many technicians with measuring instruments that remain efficient and are calibrated on a regular basis.
In the past, periodic calibration management meant sending groups of instruments, sorted by type, to different suppliers. This led to significant lost time for the purchasing department, that had to coordinate with multiple companies each time, as well as for logistics, which handled shipments to various destinations.
A further challenge was the lack of direct access to technicians to ask questions about issued certificates, highlighting the need for a more efficient solution.
