Who is Ing. Ferrari S.p.A.?
Ing. Ferrari S.p.A. is one of the major Italian companies in the design, construction and management of complex and technologically innovative works and systems.

The company based in the province of Modena has seen steady growth over the past 5 years, up to a turnover of over 71,000,000 € and more than 230 employees.
History
Founded by Eng. Carlo Ferrari in 1917, the company built at the time heating systems and electrical systems for civil use.
In the following years it moved towards an industrial and managerial target of high standing, such as the prestigious car manufacturers Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati, for which Ing. Ferrari S.p.A. realizes works of great importance from a technological point of view.
Since 2013 it has been operating as a General Contractor providing the customer with a single interface, from the project to the delivery of the finished work and its subsequent maintenance. He takes care of the building in its completeness as regard the realization of construction works and technological systems.
Plant maintenance: service
Ing. Ferrari S.p.A. is very attentive to the service of plants maintenance operating 24 hours a day, which ensures the regular efficiency of the plants with a service program that provides, plans and manages maintenance optimizing their performance.
Calibration of measuring instruments: S.A.M.A. Italia’s role
Eng. Ferrari recently stated on LinkedIn that he “carries out a systematic calibration activity of all measuring instruments used to carry out maintenance activities at customers’ premises, also thanks to the collaboration with S.A.M.A. Italia Srl – SAMA Tools®”.
It is a source of pride for us to be suppliers of the Emilian company since 2018. They turned to S.A.M.A. Italia precisely because they needed to periodically check several measuring instruments aimed at the maintenance of industrial and civil plants.
We are talking about torque wrenches, manometric groups, oxygen detectors and other instrumentation related to the F-Gas sector.
Why did Ing. Ferrari choose S.A.M.A. Italia for the calibration of measuring instruments?
It is clear that a company that provides a 24-hour maintenance service must equip its technicians with dozens and dozens of measuring instruments.
Ing, Ferrari S.p.A. wanted to improve the previous management of the periodic calibration service, which before 2018 was to send the fleet of instruments, divided by type, to multiple suppliers.
This involved a huge amount of time to the staff of the purchasing office who had to deal with every time several companies and logistics, which had to prepare several pallets with different destinations.
Moreover, it was not always easy to talk to the technicians to ask for clarification on the certificates issued.
