Coating bend testers are widely employed to determine the coating crack resistance or the stripping performance, by bending the sample around the interchangeable cylindrical shafts or conical mandrel. Measurement procedures are very easy to perform, and can be based on the following two methods: "pass/fail" or "diameter to failure".
