The portable Pt100/Pt1000 thermometer is a single-input instrument designed for temperature measurements with immersion, penetration, surface or air probes. It is intended for quick checks in the field, laboratory inspections, maintenance activities, testing and technical measurements where a simple, rugged and immediate-reading instrument is required.
The instrument can be used with 3-wire or 4-wire Pt100 probes and Pt1000 probes, with a measuring range from -200 to +650 °C.
Compatible probes are equipped with SICRAM module technology for automatic recognition. The module stores the probe calibration data internally, allowing the instrument to correctly identify the connected sensor and maintain a coherent measurement configuration.
The Max, Min and Avg functions allow display of maximum, minimum and average values during measurement. Relative measurement REL, HOLD function for freezing the displayed reading and selectable auto power-off are also available.
Its IP67 protection rating makes this thermometer suitable for field use and technical environments where dust, humidity or less controlled operating conditions may be present compared to laboratory use. Compared to HD2107.1 and HD2107.2 models, this version is intended for direct reading only, without RS232 output or datalogger functionality.
The Pt100 probes used are based on platinum resistance thermometer technology according to IEC 60751, the standard defining RTD tolerance classes. Probe selection depends on the application type: immersion for liquids, penetration for semi-solid materials, surface contact measurements or air temperature monitoring.
