The Pt100/Pt1000 thermometer with data output is a single-input portable instrument designed for temperature measurements with Pt100 and Pt1000 probes. It is intended for applications where, in addition to displaying readings on the screen, real-time data transfer to a PC or portable printer is required.
The instrument measures in the range -200…+650 °C with 3-wire or 4-wire Pt100 probes and 2-wire Pt1000 probes. Available measurement units are °C, °F and K.
Compatible probes are available in immersion, penetration, surface and air versions. Probes equipped with SICRAM module technology are automatically recognized by the instrument and internally store calibration data, simplifying operation and reducing the risk of incorrect configurations.
The RS232C serial output allows real-time transfer of measurements to a PC or printer. Baud rate can be configured from 1200 to 38400 baud, while print intervals can be immediate or selectable from three seconds up to one hour. For connection to a PC USB port, a dedicated USB/serial converter is required.
The Max, Min and Avg functions calculate maximum, minimum and average values during measurement. REL, HOLD and selectable auto power-off functions are also available. The IP66 protection rating makes the instrument suitable for field measurements, industrial inspections, laboratory checks and maintenance activities.
Compared to model HD2307.0, this version provides improved resolution within the ±199.99 °C range and allows real-time data transfer. Compared to HD2107.2, it does not include internal datalogger memory, making it suitable when immediate communication is required but extended internal recording is not necessary.
The platinum resistance thermometers comply with IEC 60751, the standard defining tolerance classes for Pt100 and Pt1000 sensors. The range also includes globe thermometers for radiant heat measurements, with accuracy according to ISO 7243 and ISO 7726, suitable for microclimate-related thermal evaluations.
