Quality control certificate<\/h2>\n\n

The main goal of the\u00a0quality control<\/strong>\u00a0in mass production (both industrial and craft) is to verify the right functions of an instrument according to the functional\u00a0and performance conditions of the\u00a0datasheet.<\/p>\n\n

The producer carries out some tests, measurements, assessments and inspections finalise to declare the\u00a0product\u2019s conformity<\/strong>\u00a0accordingly the datasheet.<\/p>\n\n

This test is a quality control activity freely provided from the manufacturer to the customer.<\/p>\n\n

Calibration report<\/h2>\n\n

ACCREDIA calibration certificate<\/h3>\n\n

It is a document\u00a0issued<\/strong>\u00a0only by a\u00a0calibration laboratory licensed<\/strong>\u00a0by ACCREDIA.<\/p>\n\n

This document is officially recognize both in Italy and in all the European countries adhering to EA (European Cooperation for Accreditation).<\/p>\n\n

An ACCREDIA calibration certificate testifies that an instrument has been calibrated accordingly to procedures mutually acknowledged by the primary institutes of competence.<\/p>\n\n

ACCREDIA certificates\u00a0relieve their holder by any obligation to demonstrate that the calibrations have been performed as provided by the reference standards.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This kind of certificates according to the quality System standard for metrological laboratory (see UNI CEI ED ISO\/IEC 17025) and to procedure approved by ACCREDIA.<\/p>\n\n

ACCREDIA certified instruments and samples are usually used as \u201cprimary company samples\u201d (e.g. check blocks<\/strong><\/a>) for the calibration and control of other instrumentation.<\/p>\n\n

Laboratory test report with reference to national acknowledged samples (LTR)<\/h3>\n\n

It\u2019s a document\u00a0edited<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0metrological laboratories<\/strong>, thanks to which the reference to national acknowledged samples is ensured, without being licensed by the institution in charge responsible bodies.<\/p>\n\n

This type of documents is, generally, required to perform\u00a0internal controls<\/strong> on measurements on field (e.g. pressure switches, multimeters, temperature meters, pressure gauges, calipers, dial indicators, micro meters etc.).<\/p>\n\n

The technical validity of these documents is based on the laboratory\u2019s qualification, on the operator\u2019s expertise and by the metrological procedures employed.<\/p>\n\n

The customer can expressly require ACCREDIA Certificates and\u00a0calibration report as paid services<\/strong>, differently from the quality control certificates.<\/p>\n\n
