It is suitable when environmental monitoring needs to be combined with the measurement of a second temperature. This configuration is useful in numerous industrial and technical applications, including painting operations, where the surface temperature of the workpiece may need to be measured before or during processing in addition to air temperature and humidity.
The first channel measures ambient temperature and relative humidity through the dedicated probe. The second channel is designed for K-type thermocouple probes, extending the instrument to temperature measurement according to the point to be checked.
The supplied standard K-type probe is suitable for measurements under general conditions and at points that are less easy to reach. For specific requirements, optional K-type probes are also available for surface, immersion, penetration and air measurements. This option makes it possible to configure the temperature-humidity meter according to the actual application, without limiting its use to ambient temperature alone.
In painting applications, for example, the two channels make it possible to monitor air temperature and humidity and measure the surface temperature of the component with a suitable contact probe. In this way, ambient and surface values can be collected during internal checks using a single instrument.
The Hold and Max/Min functions make it easier to recall values during the inspection and compare different points, different times or different process conditions.
The internal memory with data logger function makes it possible to record series of measurements over time. Date, time and logging interval make data collection more organised, which is useful for periodic environmental checks, monitoring in production departments and process inspections.
Cable and software are included. The software makes it possible to acquire measurements in real time, download recordings from the internal memory and display data in table and graph format. Digital data collection improves control traceability and reduces transcription errors in quality-control activities.
