3-channel vibration analyzer – HD2070.HA-WB

The 3-channel vibration analyzer is a professional instrument designed for measuring and evaluating mechanical vibrations, mainly used for assessing worker exposure and for technical checks in industrial and environmental applications.

This portable vibration meter allows measurements in compliance with current standards, covering both hand-arm and whole-body vibrations, as well as vibrations affecting buildings. It is a complete solution for those who need to perform worker vibration analysis, inspections on machines, vehicles and structures.

One of the key strengths of the analyzer is the management of three simultaneous channels. The instrument can be used with single-axis or triaxial IEPE accelerometers, enabling measurement on three axes and immediate processing of key parameters such as weighted acceleration, RMS, VDV, MTVV, peak, maximum and minimum values.

From a regulatory standpoint, this vibration analysis instrument is designed to meet the main international standards. The HD2070 complies with ISO 8041:2005, ISO 5349-1:2001, ISO 5349-2:2001, ISO 2631-1,2,4 (1997) and ISO 2631-5:2004. With option HD2070.O1, it also complies with IEC 61260 for spectral analysis. This makes it ideal for risk assessment activities, technical consultancy and occupational safety verification.

The instrument configuration is modular and adaptable. With option HD2070.O1, octave and third-octave band spectral analysis can be performed; with HD2070.O2, statistical analysis with percentile levels from L1 to L99 is available; with HD2070.O3, accelerometric signal recording is enabled. In this way, the vibration analyzer can evolve from a standard compliance tool to an advanced analysis system.

The data logging function allows recording of measurement trends over time, storing overall values, time profiles and, when required, more in-depth analyses. Each recording can also be associated with a voice note, useful for contextualizing measurements directly in the field.

From an operational perspective, the instrument allows saving customized configurations, speeding up repetitive activities and enabling quick switching between different measurement types. Calibration management is handled through accelerometer data, with recording of performed operations to ensure continuity and traceability over time.

The dedicated software enables data transfer, management and analysis, as well as instrument configuration. USB connection to a PC also allows integration of the vibration analyzer into more structured quality control procedures.

This portable vibration analyzer therefore represents a complete solution for performing reliable, repeatable measurements compliant with standards, both in the field and in the laboratory.

Applications

  • Hand-arm vibration exposure assessment
  • Whole-body vibration analysis on vehicles and workstations
  • Vibration control on machines and tools
  • Vibration checks on buildings and structures
  • Vibration spectral analysis
  • Statistical analysis and percentile levels
  • Long-term vibration monitoring
  • Consultancy and occupational safety activities
