Description

SAP6561 portable hardness tester it’s a 2011 new entry in SAMA Tools product range.

 

SAP6561 rebound hardness tester is based on the LEEB physical principle and it enables to measure the hardness of many different materials (like steel, cast steel, aluminium, copper, bronze, cast iron etc.) in the most important hardness scales (such as Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers etc.). SAP6561 is a revolutionary product because concentrates high accuracy and an user friendly interface with small size and a low price.

SAP6561 can be used single-handedly thanks to the probe integrated in the main unit, which enables to operate safely in ever kind of scenario.

 

SAP6561 series of LEEB hardness testers finds its most important application fields in base industry, automotive, machinery, maintenance of structure and machine tools, quality checks concerning incoming and outgoing goods, not to mention constructions, shipyards, aeronautical and railways industries and so on.

 

One of the most important SAP6561’s  feature is the flash-calibration, which enables to calibrate the instrument in less than 60 seconds.

 

The standard delivery is one of the most complete in the whole market of LEEB hardness testers and includes:

SAP6561 supports data output and can be interfaced with PCs trough a RS232-USB communication cable and a dedicated software, which are sold separately as an optional accessory. Once the data is sent to PC the user can elaborate data, print test reports and create charts.
