Surface roughness testers SA62 series
Sama Italia S.r.l offers three different types of surface roughness testers: SA6200, SA6210, SA6220.
These three instruments share the same quality of construction, are subject to ISO/DIN/JIS/ANSI international standards and are equipped with CE mark. The extremely complete standard equipment includes: standard probe, calibration plate made with heatproof material, power supply, all enclosed in a practical and sturdy aluminium case.
Surface roughness SAMATOOLS SA62 SERIES combine compactness and precision with high repeatability and strength. Great flexibility and simplicity of use made surface roughness testers ideal instruments for laboratory and workshops use.
Standard equipment: instrument, carrying case , battery charger, standard probe, heatproof calibration plate, SAMA Warranty, operating manual.
Optional equipment: spherical surfaces probe, groove probe, extension rod, RS232-USB data interface and software.
Main characteristics of surface roughness tester are:
- Measurement parameters (SA6210/SA6220): Ra, Rz, Rq, Rt (SA6200): Ra,Rz;
- Inductance sensor extremely sophisticated;
- Four methods of wave filtering : RC , PC – RC , GAUSS e D-P;
- High capacity rechargeable lithium battery;
- Small advancement unit connectable ( by cable) to a computer or to apposite printer supplied as optional equipment for measurement certification;
- Automatic power off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Surface roughness testers SA62 series are available in three version with measurement range: 0-10µm, 0-16µm, 0-40 µm.
