SAPF - Analogical penetrometer for fruit
SAPF Fruit Penetrometer series includes three models: SAPF-1, SAPF-2, SAPF-3, all with similar features and different ranges. Fruit penetrometers are employed to evaluate the ripeness of fruits and vegetables (like apples, pears, tomatoes, strawberries, grapes etc.) ripeness according to their superficial hardness.
